Colegate & Attridge are a specialist building partnership based in Kent, serving the county town of Maidstone and the surrounding areas for the best part of four decades. Together, Steve Colegate and Luke Attridge have painstakingly built a reputation for their workmanship, professionalism and transparency.

Steve Colegate

After leaving school, Steve followed his passion and studied at art college. That creative mindset took him from the canvas to the site, starting out as an apprentice bricklayer in Germany. Upon returning home, Steve set up his own building company, quickly developing a plethora of clients, just through recommendations.

His meticulous eye for detail and can-do attitude has served him well during his 40-plus years in the trade. He prides himself on fostering a strong bond with his clients, finding himself regularly offering advice.
​
In his downtime off site, you can regularly find him fishing or taking long country walks with his good lady wife.
Luke Attridge
